Our SMAC Movement Consultations are designed to provide you with an experience that will help you understand the best path in order to take from where you currently are to where you would like to be. This opportunity will allow you to connect with one of our expert personal trainers and start your fitness journey on the right path. We will perform any necessary movement assessments and review your form for the most foundational movements: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, and Rotation. These motions will be modified based on your current fitness level so you will understand the safest and most effective way to begin your fitness program.

Our SMAC Pilates Demos are designed to provide you with an experience that will help you learn about the practice of Pilates as you have the opportunity to be instructed by an elite Pilates Instructor. This complimentary 50-minute private demo may include exercises on the Studio Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Trapeze Table. Pilates is appropriate for any fitness level and has been shown to improve core strength, posture, flexibility and mobility, allowing you to move better and be more effective throughout your day.

Pilates exercises can be modified for each person and still be extremely effective. You can go from basic movements to very advanced, depending on how a student needs to progress or how badly they are injured. Whether you are taking your fitness program to the next level or just finishing physical therapy, Pilates is an excellent way to achieve and maintain optimal fitness and overall well-being. Our SMAC Swim Evaluations are designed to provide you with an experience that will evaluate where you are in your swimming journey. We have programs for learning to swim through swim lessons, all the way up to a competitive team atmosphere with our Masters team. In your evaluation, we will discuss your goals, breakdown your stroke, and help you find a program that fits your needs.
